Shipping is currently free across India unless otherwise stated.

4. Orders

When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

Once your order and payment have been successfully received, you will receive an order confirmation.

Cahtoh reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in certain circumstances, including product unavailability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or other unforeseen issues.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

5. Payments

Cahtoh currently accepts online payments only. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. Cahtoh does not directly store your complete card, UPI, or banking information.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled by contacting Cahtoh before the order has been dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to our applicable Return & Exchange Policy.

If an eligible cancellation is approved, the applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are subject to our Return & Exchange Policy.

Customers are responsible for following the required return/exchange process and ensuring that products meet the applicable eligibility conditions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content available on the Cahtoh website, including but not limited to our logo, brand name, photographs, product images, graphics, text, designs, videos, and other creative material, belongs to Cahtoh or is used with appropriate permission.
