At Cahtoh, we want your shopping experience to be as smooth and hassle-free as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping and delivery process.

Pan-India Shipping

We offer free shipping across India. Wherever you are in India, we’ll do our best to get your Cahtoh order to you safely and on time.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Once your payment is successfully received, we begin processing your order. Orders are generally dispatched within 1-2 business days of receiving the payment.

We aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible so that it reaches you without unnecessary delays.

Delivery Timeline

We aim to deliver all orders within 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on your location, courier service availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping is completely free across India. There are no additional shipping charges at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you via WhatsApp so that you can follow your order's journey.

Delayed Deliveries

While we aim to deliver your order within 5–7 business days, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or service disruptions.

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will coordinate with the courier partner to help resolve the issue.

Delivery Attempts & Undelivered Orders

Please ensure that someone is available to receive your order at the provided delivery address.

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful because the customer is unavailable, the courier will generally make another delivery attempt. If the parcel remains undelivered after the available delivery attempts, it may be returned to Cahtoh.

In such cases, a ₹100 deduction will be made from the refund amount to cover the return-related shipping costs.
