Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love everything you receive from Cahtoh. If something isn't quite right, we're happy to help.

Returns

• Returns can be requested within 3 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed and unworn, with all original tags and packaging intact.
• Once we receive the product, it will go through a quality check.
• Once the return is approved, your refund will be processed.
• A ₹100 return fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Exchanges

• Exchanges can be requested within 2 days of delivery.
• Exchanges are subject to product and size availability.
• The item must be unused, unwashed and unworn, with its original tags and packaging intact.
• If the requested product/size is unavailable, an exchange cannot be processed.

Important

Products that are worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery may not be eligible for return or exchange.
